Hi, I made the mistake of looking at rietmans online a few months ago, once, and now every banner ad I get through ebay is for reitmans and a lot of the side ads as well. I have selected the option to opt out of customized ads but everytime I go back to an ebay page there is the ad and when I check, my preferences still seem to be set to accept the customized ads as well like it never updated or the update is just a pacifier and really does nothing. I am already at the point where I will likely never go back to that store now but I feel it affecting me deeper than that. unless I feel like calling ebay, there seems to be little way to contact them...apparently, there is only about 20 questions they are willing to answer as there is no option for "other".
Thanks in advance though I am certain I will end up having to waste my time and money to call them on it and even then they care so little about me as a seller, or a person it is unlikely they will do anything.
