See attached. That has recently been made available for ebay sellers up to 200 grams as per their info in limited categories.

I'm using Stallion Express, they have a drop off location in Burlington (yeah not really close to you) but the rates are very good especially their new service through CargoJet.

You could also look at ChitChats, they have a drop off in Niagara Falls. Not sure if their rates are as good as Stallion but for sure they are less than Canada Post.

Both can also handle your US and Overseas shipments, certainly less than Canada Post.

If you do not use a Cross Border Shipper like chit chats or stallion etc, be aware that eBay Labels .ca for CPC is now a Level 4 discount vs the Level 1 it used to be. Also, as noted in a separate answer, they negotiated a new Expedited Lite for within Canada for 200gr and under, only available on eBay Canada labels.
They also negotiated lower rates with FedEx, also available on eBay labels.

Stallion can provide domestic shipping for less than a Canada Post Level 4 discount, most of the OP's item exceed the 200gm limit for Expedited Light.
