Account Restriction for Verification

My Account has been restricted for over 2 weeks now. According to my ebay messages they indicated that once I send over the information it should take 3 days for them to confirm.  Like I said it has been over 2 weeks.  I called an agent and they confirmed they have all the information they needed and there is no ETA on the release. What is going on?  This is so frustrating. Let alone that I can't communicate and help.my customers who have inquiries and my payment holds.

I'm not sure how long it takes.  Try contacting ebay customer service on Facebook or Twitter by sending a private message. They might be able to help you more than the phone or chat people at cs.

What did you submit as identification to be used to verify you?
