Anyone Else Experiencing A Ridiculous Amount Of INR Claims ?

Haven't been on here for awhile.

INR Claims are now over the top, Four INR Claims in the past two days. Seems a New Angle is filing direct through PayPal for unauthorized purchases.

Clothing is a razor thin profit category & Canadian Sellers just cannot afford the 17.00 tracking expense & feel US Buyers are taking advantage once they see no tracking number submitted.

Very frustrating as once I refund these four claims I will have refunded 600. cdn with four months left to go in the year.

 **bleep** frustrating.

As far as I know, INR claims are unlimited.

I'm not so sure.

We do see from time to time members complaining on the dotCOM Boards that they are no longer covered by the Money Back Guarantee, which seems to be eBay's way of allowing buyers to keep buying, while cutting their own losses on time spent on Claims and angry sellers.

It's not the sort of thing a business would publicize themselves, except to mention that this can happen.

The MBG-less posters tend to be furious and come across as pretty entitled. Their FB is also often .... revealing.

They don't tend to get much sympathy from either buyers or sellers.

But if Ebay still let's them keep buying, and PayPal refunds when no tracking is provided, it is essentially unlimited,  no?

Keep in mind that PP and eBay are no longer the same company.

If eBay cuts a member off from the MBG, he can still try PP's Buyer Protection.

And indeed, the chargeback service of his credit card.
