I've been experiencing delays with Stallion Express since Dec 2.

My batches from Dec 2 and Dec 4 were processed on Dec 10, my Dec 9 batch was also processed on Dec 10.

The Dec 6 batch still hasn't been processed (neither is the one dropped off yesterday, but I'm waiting a few days before being concerned).

I have untracked items that buyers can quickly request a refund on if shipping is delayed. I've been keeping in contact with buyers of these items in the hopes they won't file an INR (which I would lose without tracking to show delivery). It's all low value (under $10) items, but still don't want to refund because of shipping delays.

I'm a bit concerned with the long delay, Dec 6 was almost a full week ago.

Not Stallion but Chitchat. Just had 2 delivered to Toronto that took 8 and 9 days from Ottawa, and Winnipeg was 12 days. They were shipped at the beginning of December. Things are getting there, just slower than usual. One thing is that the tracking updates are not good and for Canadian shipments Chitchats has now put this on its tracking page.

I saw that too, on their website (ChitChat): "High shipment volumes are causing delays with Chit Chats Select. We appreciate your patience & understanding."

I just updated my "Standard shipping" to "Economy Shipping" which add maybe 2 weeks to the estimate.

Better play safe.

Even canpar (which was supposed to pickup a package today) didn't show up. I hope they will tomorrow.

Big mess, xmas + strike.

I just got delivered a laptop via Stallion/FleetOptics. No delays at all. Extra fast, compared to snail pace CP standards.

I don't think it matters which carrier we're using, they're all very busy and overwhelmed.

I just wanted to point out, despite delays, Stallion is doing a great job managing the huge volume of parcels. The outlet I drop off my packages is packed, and the guy working there is getting everything scanned and on the truck by the end of the day.

I went to Economy shipping, but mainly so I can se the cheapest service without complaint. I felt with standard shipping some people might think using UPS Mail Innovations might be a bit slow compared to what's being offered in the listing. I'm using UPS Mail Innovations for most of my packages (except when the item/s have significant value, I upgrade to Ground Advantage on those, a bigger sale means a little more profit to upgrade the shipping for the customer, I don't upgrade anything to priority unless I'm using flat rate packaging).

Most of my US stuff is actually going pretty fast, all things considered... it's the small value items that are untracked that I'm more worried about since I'm relying on Stallion to say when they're passed off to USPS.

(Still no feedback or confirmation that anything's been delivered, I don't want to poke the bear by contacting any customers, so I'm just waiting to see what happens).

Our main office address is 4090A Sladeview Crescent, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. We have several sites in multiple Canadian cities: Mississauga, Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Vancouver and Edmonton.

Because they are more about last mile most likely they would not be integrated into ebay's tracking so any tracking would need to be done separately. Attempting to get added to eBay would most likely be very challenging.

Not sure about that, BUT the Stallion Tracking number does integrate on eBay if you're using them to ship with Fleet Optics (not sure that you are, but thought you might be since my thread was originally about Stallion Express).

FleetOptics is third party. I am not sure if they show tracking in eBay or not.

In the example I mentioned, the tracking from Stallion redirected to FleetOptics, and from there I was able to track the parcel.

They would not integrate directly into eBay, the tracking would come from the company handing a parcel off to them for last mile delivery. Just like Chitchats uses https://gtagsm.com . There are a number of these companies that are behind the seens handling parts of a delivery trip.
