I see that there is another thread about this but no one has really given an update.
I got the payment sent email at the usual time, but no deposit later that day. My payouts from Feb 5 and 6 have both deposited. Wealthsimple says there's no evidence and eBay support says to wait.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

i clicked on it to get the details and it says 'Initiated' Feb 4 and then "in Progress" with a date of Feb 7. So clearly it's being fixed.

Mine says "In progress" as well. Glad it's getting fixed. Hopefully we get paid on Monday.

Still says in progress, i called this weekend and they said they would escalate.

yes mine also still says 'in progress'. Wow is this a tiresome place. Has to be one of the most poorly run tech companies on the planet.
My guess is that the funds from our payouts were sent somewhere else, either through error or nepharious activity and they are trying to get them back before they pay us. They should just be sending us the money they owe us and then try to recover the money they lost.

Yeah, i don't know. I called this weekend and asked them what they would do if ebay didn't pay them their salary for the week. I felt bad because i know they can't do anything personally but at least they said it would be escalated.....the biggest problem i had was they took that money out of my 'ebay account' before they charged for labels so i had to move money around to cover the label charges for this week. If i hadn't noticed the money missing in time i wouldn't have had enough funds. Frustrating. Just another reason I'm closing shop at the end of this year... as an aside all my stuff will be on sale this year as I liquidate inventory if anyone wants to buy from me 🙂
Oh also as i was typing this my bank replied again to tell me that ebay's tracking numbers are useless to them and to talk to ebay. So ebay -> bank - > ebay -> bank -> ebay -> bank = me stuck in the middle and out of money

Same for me, I was supposed to have the payment on the 4th but I haven't received anything, I spoke to an agent on Friday, his only response was to call back on Monday that he couldn't do anything.
I called back this morning and the agent I spoke to was unable to give me an answer since she was just reading a script with no idea what she was saying, I'll try my luck later today.

devon@ebay can someone from ebay please comment on this? Quite a few of us are missing last weeks payout and we are all getting different responses that are not helpful, meanwhile we still do not have our money

If we don't get payment soon, and i mean like within 24 hours, it will be time to look into what govenrment agencies regulate this sort of thing. They are basically holding our money hostage at this point.....maybe Ebay is having cash flow problems.
Legal action is another option .....with the aim of maximum embarassment to Ebay.....is there such a thing as a class action suit in small claims court? This is inexcusible. They've known about the problem for days and no communication and no money and no progress..

Same here,
Payout sent on February 4,
Last Update: In Progress since February 7
I contacted them yesterday February 9, using their chatbox & after confirming there was an issue I am suppose to receive an answer within 48 hours.
You don't know how happy I am to know one of you received their payout for February 5 & 6. It means I have hope my next payout will be done correctly.

Spoke with a rep this afternoon & they assured me the money would be received in my account by tomorrow... Then asked if their answer was satisfactory, to which I replied no since everyone is hearing something a lil different. Will believe it when I see it. Hopefully tomorrow's cashout will be hassle free.

I didn't notice until last night while doind somme accounting that my Feb 4 payout didn't come in either. I looked in the payout section and yep, it's marked as processing. We bank with Tangerine BTW.
Very annoying eBay. A little message along the lines of 'Numerous valued customers are reporting an issue with their payouts on Feb 4' would go a long way. Sigh.

Hi All. Same issue here - never had a problem and also with Tangerine as per most recent message above mine. Usually by the evening of my payout (monthly) the funds are there. I was going to escalate but I see the status of the payment in my seller area as still set to "IN PROGRESS" so going to wait a bit more.

You should all compare banks to see if it's certain ones or a mixed bag that had this issue, so far I see..

devon@ebay Yes payouts are very much still an issue. Despite promises that they will definitely be in our bank accounts today, they are still "in progress" as of nearly noon ET. No chance they will be in our accounts today and as far as i can tell absolutely nothing is being done to resolve this issue.
They are now a week overdue, no one at CS seems to have a clue and there has been zero communication from Ebay on this matter. There is also a growing list of seller effected.
It is time that this issue gets TOP priority.

Same issue here with CIBC/Simplii. I was told my bank rejected the payment by ebay customer support, my bank has no information and I have had 2 payouts since then with no problem.

Clearly has nothing to do with the banks. The money was never sent to the banks. It went astray. Maybe a hack? Maybe a computer glitch? Maybe a nepharious Ebay employee? Whatever the reason, it's time for Ebay to send us the money they owe us and then solve the problem and recover the lost money on their own time.
We've waited long enough.

I spoke to an agent an hour ago. I requested a call back once I got past the Chat robot (which was really hard to do).
There is an active alert for Cdn payouts on Feb 4. She added my user ID and payout ID number and said it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours.
