The 1 listing you have on now is showing on .com. It looks like some listings just ended and as pointed out, they didn’t have a shipping cost to the US which sometimes makes listings invisible on .com.
Are you using Expedited parcel USA on this listings? The calculator wil not work if the parcel dimensions are smaller than the minimun required by Canada Post - 21cm x 14cm x 5 mm. Domestic parcels can be smaller which is why there may be a price for within Canada but not the US. For smaller parcels you might want to use Tracked Or Small Packet USA as they are less expensive and the min. dimensions are 14x9cm x 1mm
