Bank transfers?

A buyer is asking me if I can accept a bank transfer. Told her that she can pay with her bank account through PayPal. She says she has a problem with her account without getting into details and asks why I would not accept a bank transfer. To be honest, I don't feel comfortable giving her this kind of information.

Any thoughts on how to respond?

I would assume that eBay CANADA would be bilingual.

They do or did have at least one francophone in the small Toronto staff.

And of course, there is a francophone dotCA.

And if the bots can spot 'virement bancaire" and react to that, without actually reading the sense of the message.

Ach I'm just putting off tonight's real job, getting to a basic understanding of Scrivener.

Maybe you're right. But then again, "virement bancaire" or "Bank Transfer" does not equal suggestion of a transaction outside of eBay. It just suggests another form of payment. I did not end the listing early. The auction run it's complete 7 days without a bid and I relisted just like the other items that ended yesterday. Oh well, maybe I'm thinking too much. LOL!
