It would only be considered a duplicate if you had shipping for the same places on both sites. If you specified shipping only to Canada on the .ca listing and only to US on the .com listing they would not be duplicates so that would be allowed. But of course you would be using up 2 free listings.

@msmaggie060 - I heard back on your mask issue (at last)!
There is a block on visibility for pandemic-related items 'cross-site'. Meaning Covid-items you list on .ca will show to .ca only. Likewise on .com.
At this point, your advice to Trinkets about listing on both sites (but not offering shipping to outside countries) is also going to be the best course of action for you and your masks. I know they're unique, so it may not work to list them on both, but for those where you have multiples of the same pattern you could definitely get them on both sites to make sure everyone gets a chance to see them.
Thanks!

Sorry for veering this thread off course, but I cannot for the life of me find where we were talking about it before. It's also similar to the issue Trinkets is encountering, so semi-related at least!

It's definitely a pain in this instance, and I'm working to get a different solution for us, but at this point I don't have one.
Unless you've been notified to sign up for managed payments on .com, you should still be able to list there using PayPal without any issue!

Thanks for the info tyler, although honestly, I’m not sure why this cross site block exists. PPE items seem to be available everywhere now. Toilet paper and paper towels seem to be getting scarcer though!
The original thread was on the Weekly Chat but I can’t remember which one. Maybe about 3 weeks ago. Please keep us posted if you are able to get this changed, and thanks.
