Business Policies Disappeared

A few weeks ago my business policies (shipping, returns etc.) disappeared. I do not have the option to choose, for example, a shipping policy when listing an item. The option to edit business policies under Account is missing as well. I've read this happen to several .com users and they'd have to "opt in" in order to get their business polices back. I ship from Canada hence cannot opt in which leaves me without business policies. I have not called Ebay yet regarding this annoyance.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to get my policies back?

Thanks.

Business Policies Disappeared

There used to be a link in the drop down menu on the Accounts tab in MyEbay, but it isn't there anymore.  Here is the link that TurboLister takes me to

http://www.bizpolicy.ebay.ca/businesspolicy/policyoptin

Hope that works!

Business Policies Disappeared

Sorry, my post wasn't very explanatory.  I had my business policies disappear once when I was experimenting with them awhile back.  I have since "opted out" until some wrinkles are worked out - apparently they will eventually become mandatory.  As far as I know you will have to opt in again, and yes, selling on ebay.CA you can "opt in" if you want to (at least you could a couple of months ago).  I'm not sure what you mean that you ship from Canada and can't.  Unfortunately, though, I think you'll have to set them up again from scratch.

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it. I thought opting in had to do with the .com's silly global shipping program and couldn't find where to opt in on .ca. Opting back in fixed the problem and I only had to consolidate polices that were duplicated in the process.

Thanks again,

Kerr
