Canada Post Updated Options

Canada Post has added additional Weight options for Tracked Packet USA. Was up to One KG. previously. Now available up to 2 KG. I am unable to update current Listings to offer Tracked Packet in higher Weight Classes or offer in new Listings. Keeps messaging available up to One KG. only. Either Ebay or Canada Post has not updated Listing Option to include this Change. Cheaper than Expedited Parcel USA up to 2 KG. Can Someone shed Light on why this has not been updated?
