Well My bad sort of.....

Dan (A gold sticker for you, NO snark ) from Canadapost got it sorted, took an hour of "What the Hell" Hummm,lets try this.... Came down to the brower (edge) NOT recongnizing my user credentials and having a series of emotional brakedowns. Sign in going to blank pages or looping back to sign in... Had to add Chrome brower to get it to work and change CP user name and passwords to get a working solution.

**bleep** I really must have wanted that free shipping. 9 will be a tuesday only thing I like driving my postal counter ladies nuts with my luddite ways.

So all sorted & TIme for a drink.

Anyone else having trouble uploading the tracking number to an order?

I just manually selected "Add Tracking Number" from the order details, but the screen that pops up doesn't even provide Canada Post as an optional carrier in the drop-down menu. It still let me complete it (and marked it as shipped), but I'm thinking this could cause issues with automatic updates...

Anyone ever shipped free on Tuesday with a box where volumetric weight exceeds 5kg? There's a size calculator online, and the message reads,

"Your parcel exceeds the 5 kg weight limit. Shipments that exceed this limit will be charged for the extra weight at regular rates."

Anyone know what the max discount is before they start charging extra? Or would they simply deduct the cost of a 5kg parcel from point A to point B, and charge you the rest?

I am having an issue using the free shipping for today. I can't get expedited parcel plus it doesn't show where I add the date for the free. Address is in Calgary. Help I only have 50 minutes.

Most important thing is you need to be using Snapship vs the other. Made that mistake assisting a friend.

Thanks, I am following snap ship, signed in and everything. Been on hold with Canada post for the last 40 minutes, maybe I am not the only one that is having problems. It is all over in 5 minutes. Maybe next week.
