Would you or another representative be able to help with this issue please?

I have a long standing issue that I've been trying to solve since 2023. Notably my inability to contact/reach the Ebay Canada people responsible for issuing Canada Revenue Agency form:

GST506 Election and Revocation of an Election Between Agent and Principal

Multiple phone reps have not been able to provide any useful info other than an old Canada tax team email address that came back undeliverable.

I'm aware other community members have struggled with this issue and somehow acheived resolution.  Anyone out there have a recent contact for this sort of thing? Thanks.

Did you try CanadaGST/PST@ebay.com ? Originally someone accidentally mixed the addresses up in one of the posts. I think this is the one that I received my countersigned form from.

Yes, that's the same address I was given, messages sent there come back as undeliverable now. Also took a few variation guesses to no avail. Thankfully CRA hasn't requested that I produce the document but it's a little uncomfortable knowing they may at any time ask to see something I should have on file but don't. Thanks for responding, much appreciated.

Have you try contacting eBay through Facebook or X (Twitter)? Phone reps are notoriusly inefficient in terms of providing helpful solutions.
