Just a heads up that if you are using Chitchats to ship within Canada as an alternative to Canada Post, you need to use "Chitchats Select" service, which uses couriers instead of Canada Post. For the most part, it is Intelcom.
The other options use Canada Post for either the entire shipment or partial delivery.
I called Chitchats and they confirmed this as well.
