Color picker on Standard / HTML

For a few days already I am having problems while preparing my listings thru my regular IE provider - the color picker does not open.

It works on Chrome but other functions do not work well.

So, I am preparing the listing thru IE with future date, then attend it thru Chrome, fix it and then release for instant listing.

May be somebody knows how to fix the access to color picker?

All responses are very much appreciated as always.

Many recent problems (past 3 months) with Internet Explorer can be solved by using compatibility mode for the eBay site.

Here is a Microsoft web page describing how to set compatibility mode

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-11

On the above web page, you can choose which version of Internet Explorer that you have (9, 10, 11)

Thank you very much for your advise.

According to your earlier recommendations every day at least once I attend this site COMPATIBILITY VIEW SETTINGS and under ADD THIS SITE I write eBay.ca to have the access to standard and HTML versions.

And it works, except now it is bad with color picker.

May be EBAY.ca is not a proper (not sufficient) indication for the website?

Please forgive my stupid questions - I am very amateur with most of computer's functions.

You should only need to add ebay.ca once to compatibility mode in Internet Explorer and it should remember this for all future browsing of eBay.ca. There might be other issues with IE that I am not aware of.

I use FireFox as my main browser and have no issues with eBay (any site) using FireFox.

As for using Google Chrome, I have it installed but do not use it. It apparently has issues with printing small labels using PayPal shipping. I use Chrome as a backup browser if I should have some issue with FireFox but have not needed it.

All I can suggest is to use FireFox as your main browser. Maybe that will eliminate your problem.

What do you mean by "regular IE provider"? This sounds strange to me the way you phrased that.

What version of IE do you have? What Windows version are you running?
