Coupon for shipping store missing

On my summary it does not show my shipping supplies coupon.

Is it still available?

After passing on the report regarding a Canadian seller with a dot com store this is what I received back.

The original answer we received from our technical team was that sellers in Canada with an eBay.com store wouldn't receive the coupon, but that was not found to be true. This is why the issue has been escalated with our selling and product teams. We are still awaiting updates.

By now they should have figured out what was/is going on and have  a solution for ca sellers with ca stores.  To cancel a program that sellers have been using forever, across the board with ZERO warning/notice seems a bit ummmm shady!!!!

As a side did Canadian sellers selling on dot com have access to the US supplies store and had to pay for shipping or just USD amounts usable at the CA supply store?

Someone in a FB group I'm in said they talked to an individual higher up at eBay Canada and they confirmed that the coupons have NOT been discontinued and that they should go out at the end of July.  Hopefully they're correct (I haven't confirmed it myself with eBay).

If you go to the shipping supplies store and put something in your cart, you should see an option to apply the coupon if you have it available.

If you go to the supply store and add something to your cart it will show the number of items already in carts. When the coupons are released it will be a mad dash for sellers to place their orders. Shhhhhh please. Don't tell anyone!!!

I saw that too, I assume we're in the same group. 

It was confirmed by Luke Bradley (eBay Canada’s Seller Engagement Manager) that it was not discontinued, and that there's just a delay in getting it issued.

Still no coupon code for this quarter. I've contacted customer support multiple times with no fix. The first quarter coupon came with no problems. What's the hangup with this quarterly coupon it's almost August. I really don't have time to sit in a chat with customer support getting bumped to someone with "expertise" in this matter only to have a chat transcript emailed to me.

Hi devon@ebay , It's closing in at almost 1 month and there has been nothing from eBay directly as to a clear explanation what went off the rails here!!! Do you have anything you can share? As it is, there is very limited assortment of items to choose from on the ca version of the supplies store. This will turn into a mad dash for sellers to attempt to get their preference due to this issue, most likely settling on items they didn't want to order.

Has it been clarified for going forward that the program has NOT been cancelled for Canadians? From the various responses sellers received from CS it went back and forth between cancelled and glitch. There was never anything official (announcement wise) on ca as to what exactly was going on.

As a side question IF the program is continueing will it be just an email to advise sellers when it becomes available? Sellers come here regularly asking where to look for it? From testing on dot com it shows up in one of the drop downs within Sellers Hub. That option is MIA on ca. In this recent situation some sellers got an email(s) advising them that it was available, but not all. In my case I did not get one in both eBay and gmail....my backup.
