Creating a Zonos account

Sorry for the stupid question but ...

Trying to create an account but get stopped at the Password section. I've tried using different passwords but keep encountering the same issue.

I'll get the green light saying that "Your password meets all the necessary requirements" but once I hit enter, I get the red light saying "This password has been found as part of a breach and can not be used, please try another password instead.".

Zonos CSR is telling me I should use secure password generator. Why do I have go through this extra step??

These days most sites require passwords that include at least one of:

Alpha Letters (A-Z)

Numbers (0-9)

Non-Alpha characters (!#$%^&*()_- etc)

Minimum number of characters (sometime 8 or 9, sometimes 12)

A few sites I've encountered require upper AND lower case but most are not case sensitive.

Did all 5. Still got the green light, then red light. Zonos is telling me that I should use a secure password generator. That's BS. The issue is with them. I posted this on Reddit & someone else said that she/ he encountered the same issue.

You have the answer on hand as to why your password isn't good enough for them, so create a new one already!

The security breach means that this password was use previously on another site that was exposed, and is now easily used by robots when trying to access any site. You should never re-use a password that has been flagged like that, period.

I tried 10 different passwords with that combo & other combos, NONE worked.  How is that another Reddit user encountered the same issue?

Still getting the green light, red light issue. You're telling me that all of these passwords have had a security breach?? How about the possibility that Zonos has a technical issue??
