Customs Form Comments Section. What's it used for?

Does anyone ever use the 'comments' section when filling out a customs form?

If so, what kind of extra information have you put there?

When I used Shippo had access to the longer more detailed form. Now with ebay labels I use the comment section if there are any special handling instructions and/or to highlight VAT was collected by eBay and the amount to mirror packslip on International shipments. Unfortunately it only is visible when the barcode is scanned. Recently started to add notes like special Coo info to give it more pop.

I always copy and paste the "IOSS" or "VAT:PAID" line in there.

I'm sure it's not necessary or required, but I do it anyway for some reason lol.

I can't think of another reason I would have to include "comments", or anything along the same line as "goods subject to quarantine".
