Does eBay frequent this board?

Hi Folks,

I am wondering if anyone knows how frequently eBay employees frequent this board? Its hard to say for sure, and I certainly do not know, but it seems like lately eBay employees are here very infrequently. The weekly chat gets opened and closed on the same day. It does not appear that other items are responded to, or actions taken in a timely fashion.

Is eBay MIA on this board?

With a few notable exceptions such as within the Weekly Chat or in the eBay App boards on the US community pages, the folks who work for eBay (the ones with "eBay" in their usernames) rarely respond to threads unless specifically called upon to answer a particular policy question or to make an official announcement about a problem or a fix.

The vast majority of responses are from other users; each discussion board is primarily a user forum for asking and answering questions, providing tips and workarounds, and sharing complaints and best practices.

Whether eBay folks are reading without responding (or responding in an  unofficial capacity) is an open question.

kh-leslie doesn't work for ebay so doesn't answer ebay questions. They only moderate board content.
