Exclude shipping locations

I got some buyers told me they they were not allow to buy from me for their location.

But I looked at the "Exclude shipping locations"  under "Site Preferences", their locations are not in the "Exclude shipping locations" list.

But buyer look at the listing page they see these:

They are blocked here,

How could I fix this?

Brazil and Malaysia are on the Canada Post list of countries not accepting any mail at this time due to Covid-19. Not sure about Singapore. I think eBay may be blocking those countries on the list so that they can’t buy from you since you cant ship to them just now.

But Singapore is still available for Canada Post

You are listing on .com so ebay would have added the list based on shipping from the US.

If a buyer asks you about it, you can try putting them on your buyer requirements exemption list..It might or might not work.

eBay doesn't have a clue what they are doing!

Even if all those countries were on a Canada Post list there are plenty of sellers who don't use Canada Post for International. Just because Canada Post can't get air cargo space to move their packages it doesn't mean that others can't.

Sellers asked for help, they wanted deferred payments, free listings etc things that might help sales, they did not ask for countries they CAN ship to blocked and eBay didn't seem to ask anyone to find out if it was wanted.

I wish eBay would stop doing things to "help" when the ability to do these things by individual sellers is already available.

If I want exclusions I can add them. if I want Immediate Payment I can require it. I don't need eBay adding this things without asking!
