Experience with tracking Expedited Parcel? Parcel sorting plant location?

I sent a parcel from a Shoppers PO this morning, not my usual PO but one in another city - Burlington ON.  Expedited using the Canada Post Small Business #.  I watched the PO lady put the Expedited sticker (with the "2") then take it into the back.  Delivery was "guaranteed" to a close city 1 day.

Problem is... as of midnite not showing any tracking scans beyond the one the morning in the PO. 

Anyone know where parcels go from Burlington to be sorted?

Mississauga? Hamilton Stoney Creek? Oakville?

My regular PO has told me they are sorted when picked up Expedited, Xpresspost separate from regular parcels.

My experience with the Expedited parcels is there is some kind of new

tracking entered well before midnite, but I am used to sending them from  Hamilton.

I believe the Post Office Employee's name should be on your receipt on the upper right hand side.

Left to Right: Date-Time-Employee Name.

If the parcel goes missing it should be traceable back to the employee that accepted and processed the package.  I believe the employee would also have to enter their employee number into the computer at the beginning of their shift.

I'm not 100% sure but I believe there are cameras in both areas (front/back of the Post Office).  

Your package has a tracking number so I wouldn't worry to much, there may have been a delay or missed scan.

This is probably a Canada Post issue.

Expedited mailed Tuesday from Cambridge (so similar sorting route), has the originate scan at my local outlet, but no scan since.

I wouldn't be so worried if it wasn't described as a "1 Day Guaranteed".

I've sent Expedited 1 day from Hamilton to London, Hamilton to Markam,

Hamilton to Ottawa, all arrived one day, all had scans the day it was mailed beyond the first at the outlet.

Pick the Shoppers in Burlington with a PO lady with an attitude,

parcel going from Burlington to Hamilton 1 Day Guaranteed,

almost 24 hrs, only the PO scan, I doubt it will arrive in 1 day.
