I need to refund a buyer, but I can't find it anywhere. There is no refund mentioned on the drop down on the hub or on the actual transaction. I would really appreciate any help.

It should be in the menu, but it's available only 90 days after the sale.
If it's less than 90 days, try to use another browser, or clear the cache.
All my sold items have "send refund" in their menu.

Are you looking on the all orders section of the hub? When you click on the dropdown you may have to scroll up a bit before you see the see refund option.
