Is there some place to find out what items has had best offers without having to open each item?
I checked in selling Manager but I don't see an option there and I checked the "customized" option where I see an "Offers" option but it's saying there's no offers when there is.
I have at least one item that I know have offers but it's showing "0" in the offers column.
Thanks!

You don't say what you checked in Selling Manager. I haveSelling Manager Summary set up as my landing page, and there under Listing Activity there is a heading for "Listings with Offers". I also have always received an eBay Message and an message in the email account linked to my selling account when an offer has been made. Have you checked in these 3 places?

I checked "Listings with Offers" under Selling Manager and it shows "0". I also do not receive an email when an offer has been made. Maybe I will only get an email when an offer is accepted.
Thanks

That "0" is listings with open offers (offers expire after 48 hours, and then they no longer show).
-.-
You should be getting offer emails depending on your settings.
For offers less than your minimum (if you set that), you will get no email, since the offer is automatically rejected.
If the offer is above your acceptable value (if you set that), the offer is automatically accepted, and the email sent out will be one saying your item has sold.
For offers you need to make a decision about,
eBay does send an email with a title of You've received an offer for your eBay item, your-item-title
I get two copies: one via the eBay message system and the other directly to my email account that I use for eBay.
