How do I block a buyer

I've always worked off .COM

I found this for .CA

However it shows mine weirdly as compared to .COM

How is it different? It let me save as a shortcut in Sellers Hub. Not really applicable for my sales. I find most buyers are 1 and done. Only have 2 names currently and 1 was a buyer that thought all purchases should be free including shipping. There is no real way to deal with customers that are not ummm getting their meds. Unfortunately!!

When I open it the format of all the ones in there (I have 100s) is all screwed up with some hyphenated and weirdly placed "returns".

So I'm going to stick with the .COM version.

Mine just shows name followed by a comma then a space then next name. Wonder if system updates automagically if a user changes their name? To protect the guiltiest?

Mine looks like that on .COM and they are in alphabetical order.

On .CA it is NOT in alphabetical order, it looks like it is in chronological order and there are not any spaces after the comma, so the return/word wrap hyphenates names because it thinks it is one massive word and it is splitting it across the maximum line lengths... so it is screwed up for me on .CA

My belief is that if they change their ID it does not catch it but I could be wrong on that.
