How do I edit my promoted listings?

I decided to put some of my listings with promotions. I didn't read the instructions carefully and then realised I has put them mostly at the rate eBay suggested, but I want to change them.

I can't even find a list of my promoted listings, I need help please. How do I change the rate?

Go to Marketing -> Advertising Dashboard and edit the campaign you created.
