How to cancel the order?

It really suck that eBay changes around or remove things like "cancel the order"!!

I used to see "cancel the order" before it disappeared.

All I see is

Add Tracking number

Mark as shipped

Leave feedback

View order details

View PayPal transaction

View Purchased item

Contact buyer

Sell a similar item

Relist

It is all I see, so where can I cancel the order.  A buyer was frantic asking me to cancel the order saying it is his tiny wee daughter did it (as if!!) and wanted to cancel the order, so how do I cancel the order.

I wish eBay would leave it alone!!  Anyone knew how?  Thanks in advance.

Hello @Anonymous ...When you open my Manage all Orders tab, if you click on the particular sale it should give you the option to cancel the order. Next to the arrow for leave feedback. Should be approximately half way down the list.

You are lucky to have "cancel the order" in your account while not in my account.  Last night I was about to call eBay customer service and hit "Contact & Help" and the page with my sold items came up and said to click which item for cancel the order.  It is a new format but I prefer it to be in my account as it is much easier.  Thanks.

Usually I do the same -Help & Contact- cancel order. It's way faster than finding somewhere on my personal page.

Excuse me I am not a nerd, I don't know how to provide screenshot.  What I exactly typed the information is what I gave here.
