Hi I just got credit card charge back for very 1st time.
I don't have tracking number as it was sent by air mail package, so I don't want to fight in this case as I heard chance to win is close to 0 %.
How to close the case?
There is 4 option there:
1. I can provide proof that the item was shipped through an approved shipper to the address on the Transaction Details page.
2.I can provide evidence other than proof of shipment.
3.I refunded the payment for this transaction.
4.I will accept liability for this transaction.
In the original transaction there is no refund link already as the transaction more than 60 days.
This buyer had never contacted me if there is any problem with it, a bit surprised when I found she did charge back.
She did charge back 6 days ago, but unfortunately I did not open my email or paypal account for couple of days, so I just knew last night I got the case.
I heard there will be $20-30 fee if I didn't refund it voluntary, so I want to avoid it. What should I do?
Please help if you know.

These choices are in Paypal right and the chargeback is for unauthorized use?
Does no. 3 say that you have refunded or that you will refund. If it is the second choice, check it off and the refund will come out of your account. But if it says that you have already refunded and you haven't, check off that you will accept liability. That should take you to a screen where you can refund.

If the chargeback is for unauthorized use, you could also contact the customer and ask why they have done the chargeback...perhaps it is a mistake. Or, if it is an item not received, you might want to contact them to see if they are willing to wait longer. I suppose that would depend on how long it had been and where the package was going.

I'm not sure what to do then. You should phone Paypal.

Make sure that Paypal understands that the buyer is Not A Registered User (NARU)of eBay.
This means she has been kicked off the site, usually for violations of seller policies. It's not often that we hear of a buyer* being tossed off. She is very likely already known to PP for unwarranted claims.
*Actually, it is nice to hear that buyers do get kicked off. Sometimes sellers are doubtful about that.
