I have a buyer that returned 6 items, she says she doesn't want me to refund her original shipping, but I can't see a way to do that. Any answers please?

Triber, I think, and maybe someone else can confirm, that if she hasn’t opened a case, you can go to PayPal, click on the transaction, and just refund the amount you have agreed to. If she has opened a case, then I have no idea. Maybe you will have to call eBay and ask?

Thanks msmaggie, yes, she did make a claim and I just couldn't find a way to do the partial refund, so I phoned eBay and they were super helpful, did it all for me through Paypal and made sure my fees would be refunded. I really appreciated the kindness and help of the rep. I then got 6 messages saying that eBay had decided in the buyers favor. They said eBay customer support made the final decision. No they didn't, I DID. I agreed several weeks ago to refund, I was just waiting for the package to arrive so I could refund.
