Imaginary Free Shipping

Is anyone aware of why buyers are seeing(stating they saw) free shipping before they go to purchase when it was never included as an option with a listing? Is it something that shows when they receive a  random Best Offer? Or is this an App issue? I've had several instances recently of either non paying or cancel requests and guessing it was when they saw the actual shipping charges. I NEVER include free shipping. Too many variables. (When I do go on a hunch and send best offers, I always include "Shipping as per listing. Contact me prior to payment for combined shipping options.")

Imaginary Free Shipping

According to a screenshot from a buyer in Quebec an offer includes the following message:

"Il se peut que d'autres acheteurs aient recu cette offre. Le premier qui l'accepte remporte l objet"

Other buyers may have received this offer. The first to accept it wins the item

No note that shipping is extra. There is a disclaimer to not contact the seller to negotiate offsite. Unable to see if there any message under the accept/reject screen in the screenshot.

If this is all a buyer sees, this could be what is causing any confusion/cancellations? And the same confusion for any International buyers ( Where a translation is involved).
