Is Something Up with CPO Site?

I can't create labels on PP or Shippo.  Is anyone else having problems.

From Shippo:

• CanadaPost: The Mailed on Behalf of Customer Number is invalid. Please contact the Credit Management Group at 1-800-267-7651.
• DHLExpress: Shippo's DHL Express master account doesn't support shipments from outside of the US
• CanadaPost: AAA Authentication Failure

The system is down, there is an announcement about it plus three other threads this morning.

I tried several time this morning to do a label through Paypal but kept getting an error message, so I tried Snap Ship, but couldn't even lot into my account, ended up doing my own label and my husband took it to the post office to be done.
