Issuing a refund

I want to send a partial refund and the page says 'from the drop down menu' select Send a refund. What drop down menu? I've looked high a nd low and nothing says Send a Refund.

Are you in Managed Payments?

It should have a refund option.

If not in Managed Payments you can issue a refund for the sale through paypal.

On your Orders page under Seller Hub.

Each transaction has a photograph.

To the left of this photograph is a small arrow pointing down.

Click on this arrow, and you will find.... Send refund....  and a lot more options

That method works for MP. The op is still using PayPal so they would have to do a partial refund through PP.
