I'm getting the following error when trying to create a new template in Selling Manager Pro

It looks like there's a problem with this listing.

• You have entered an invalid product name.

I have completely changed the product name countless times but receive the same error. What am I doing wrong?

Can you do a screenshot of the error and names you've used?

Is it an 'orange' error warning? Or a 'red' error fatality?
