eBay.com has announced that the current 50k/200 listing promo will be extended until July.

Will eBay.ca be extending the promo as well?

So am I correct in thinking that I don’t have to worry about any extra items I list until August which is when they will start rolling over and costing me extra?

In August you will be back to your usual store limits, anything listing renewing above your limit will cost you money.
So if you have too many listed, you will have to start ending the unwanted listings before they renew in August to avoid fees. Hopefully they all sell before then.

Thanks Tyler. Would you happen to know if it'd be offered on .ca as well?
Hi @zee-chan-jpn-books - sorry for my delay (it's been a particularly busy 2 weeks). The extension does apply for CA members, though you will need to keep an eye out for a new promotion link to accept for non-store members. You can read more about it here. Thanks!

Check your promo, mine has disappeared, now I am down to a Basic store and no 50,000 free listing until July as promised.
Thank you for activating the promotion for 50,000 additional free listings, exclusively available to eBay Store subscribers. We’re continuing to support small businesses during the pandemic and we want to make sure you have ample time to bring on and test new inventory buyers may be searching for. Therefore we have extended the free listings promotion through July 31. Since you already activated the offer, it will automatically be extended and you do not need to take any action. Please continue to list your inventory and take full advantage of the free listings promotion.
Stay safe, and thank you for selling on eBay.

it seems that when eBay extended the promo it now acts as a new promotion & you will need to activate the promo again.

There is no offer, and if you check the email that eBay sent, they say " Since you already activated the offer, it will automatically be extended and you do not need to take any action. Please continue to list your inventory and take full advantage of the free listings promotion."

I have to say that I really appreciate the additional listings offered for the past couple months. It's so nice being able to just list stuff and not having to keep track to ensure you keep within your limit. I don't know for sure but it may have also helped to improve sales a bit for me. You probably don't hear this much but... Thanks eBay!!
