Listing not showing up?

I'm a Canadian Seller listing on eBay.com. I don't want to offer shipping to Canada, only the US.

"Shipping to: United States - Excludes: Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box"

I'm using Flat Rate shipping (Economy from Outside US) and 3 Day Handling.

"Excluded Locations: Africa, Asia, Central America and Caribbean, Europe, Middle East, Oceania, Southeast Asia, South America, Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box"

I've signed up for the Global Shipping Program and I'm using the Buy-It-Now format.

It's been two days since I've listed the auction and I still can't search it up on eBay.com, even if I hit the "US Only and/or Buy It Now options.

Does that mean I need to make the shipping charge higher? Not that I want to, and I'm assuming you got that off my profile because if I search it up, it won't come up.

If you are willing to ship to the USA for only $0.99 - and absorb most of the shipping cost - why not make it "free shipping" and get better visibility on eBay.com?

Why not offer a return/refund and get better visibility on eBay.com?  You are forced to provide a refund in any case by PayPal if the buyer files a claim, regardless of the terms in your listing.

Finally, why not ship to Canada?

Those things have any credibility left? My former employer bought into that concept years back. Bought a whack of those things, hundreds, and put them in every store, every office. None of them ever came into play, not once, never, ever. They finally gathered them all up and threw them away.

Why would you not want to ship within Canada ? Seems short sighted to me. And $.99 shipping to the US ? Crazy man, crazy.

That program is eligible only if you are originally shipping from within the U.S.

Betcha anything it is the clever title that is making it non-searchable "@@ APC Back UPS 1500G @@". How about scratching the @@ and using words in the 80 character field?
