At the moment (anything can change) it appears that in Managed Payments not only is the percentage rate lower, there is no 30 cent transaction fee and no cross border fees. Since I sell a lot of modest price Items and lots of overseas I'm going to cut my payment processing costs dramatically.
Starting June 4 ebay managed payments adds a 25 cent per LISTING sold fee versus paypal's 30 cent per sale transaction fee. Non-refundable for both.

A disadvantage to sellers who sell multiple listings combined.

Wow....per listing. That could really add up!

God forbid Wenig actually implement something that facilitates seller attach rates or benefits sellers with a positive attach rate. In 20+ years of retail I've never seen a merchant account provider/processor charge on a supplemental fee on a per item basis.
Won't be long before we have to pay a per character fee for every alpha or numeric character used in a description. Shameless scoundrels.
