Starting June 4 ebay managed payments adds a 25 cent per LISTING sold fee versus paypal's 30 cent per sale transaction fee. Non-refundable for both.

Better there than here. I suppose they will start with their largest markets first on down the list... USA, Germany, UK and finally at the very end, Canada. I'm hopeful it will be years before the California brass remembers they even have a Canadian site.

God forbid Wenig actually implement something that facilitates seller attach rates or benefits sellers with a positive attach rate. In 20+ years of retail I've never seen a merchant account provider/processor charge on a supplemental fee on a per item basis. 

Won't be long before we have to pay a per character fee for every alpha or numeric character used in a description. Shameless scoundrels.
