You are welcome msmaggie, it is a bit of a good news/ bad new for me. Glad it won't be for the rest of the year, including Christmas trade, but bad because it is still looming over us.

A Federal election will occur in the fall of 2019. Once the election has ended.... things can be adjusted, without any negative effects on the government for a minimum of 4 years.
The postal situation needs a major adjustment in relation to online selling, parcel delivery, community mailboxes as a start. More to come.
There are many ways to remove the "bite" of the Union.
As online sellers we survived the situation at the end of 2018. This should never happen again.
It is after the election that "online sellers" ... in mass .... must step forward. The start of this action was seen in 2018.
