Migrating to eBay.com

Has anyone from eBay.ca been able to migrate their item listings (without glitches) to eBay.com?

I have done it, it took almost two weeks to do and there were a couple glitches.  I just had to play around with the system, clear cache etc to get it done.  This was before the "upgrade".  I had about 350 listings to do, good luck!

Yes and no.

It took a couple of weeks before I could follow the instructions to move listings to dotCOM.

(Why don't programmers hire a technologically inept idiot to try new programs? It would save so much trouble. And the ad would probably go viral.)

Then it uploaded every attempted listing.

Including duplicates.

So then I went through about a thousand listings and manually deleted about 300.

Fortunately, I am a night person and live on Vancouver Island, so much of this happened around 2am EDT.

BTW, to check for duplicate listings, click on your Active titles and put them in alphabetical order.

Duplicates will be easier to spot that way.
