Hi,
Im new to eBay and was wondering if there was any way to make it so buyers must spend a minimum amount at my store. I want to be able to sell multiple small items and hopefully save on shipping by sending multiple small items to the same place.
Thank you!

It isn't possible to require a minimum order. It is possible on some sites to set up a promo that if you spend xx$ you get free shipping or something similar but I can't recall if that was ever set up on .ca and if it is available to all sellers or just store sellers. perhaps @ypdc_dennis knows that?
You can also set up combined shipping rules in site preferences which may encourage people to buy more to cut down on shipping costs.

it is the buyer who pays for shipping not the seller.

Perhaps you could list items that are similar as a lot of 3 or 4.

Basically you have already done this.
Most of your listings are Fixed Price. That's the lowest you will sell that item for.
I see you also use Best Offer. You can set your Fixed Price a little higher than you would actually accept then your customer's Best Offers would still be your minimum.
Or you could massage your BO to automatically accept offers over your true minimum and automatically reject offers that are too low.
You should carefully revisit some of your listings that offer Free Shipping.
The deal with Free Shipping is that it isn't free, it really means your cost of shipping is included in the selling price.
Which is cheaper a "Tournament Ready Loot box deck" at $14 with Free Shipping?
The same deck at $9. with $5 shipping?
And can you ship anywhere in Canada for the same amount?
