I am shipping a package to USA. The buyer has made a mistake in the street address. I have the correct address now but cannot edit the incorrect address. How can I fix that. The "Edit" link will not work.

You have to edit the address on the label itself, you can't edit the address showing on the transaction. Have you tried that?
Is the change fairly minor? If you are just adding an apartment number Inwoukd go ahead and do that. But if you are changing the whole address keep in mind that if you are using tracking and the buyer files an item nor put received claim, eBay would rule in the favour of the buyer unless tracking shows delivery to the address used at payment. If it something inexpensive, I have changed an address and not had a problem but it is up to you as to what you do.
If you are uncomfortable changing it or can't do it, you can cancel using problem with address as the reason and then the buyer can repurchase and enter the correct address before they pay.
As an fyi....if an eBay ID that is NOT the buyer sends a message to the seller asking for an address change don't change it as it is likely not the buyer asking for the change..

The edit address feature within eBay labels has been intermittently glitchy for several months. When I have attempted to update an address even for basic format issues the system will/has returned an error message and will not let you complete/process. If you update manually on the label (in ink) any system reading it will not catch those changes, especially if they are critical. The premise/reasoning behind not using CN21 forms hand printed any longer.
The eBay system does not grasp that international formats and even the limits to number of character do not mirror N. America. With an incorrect format it can cause delivery delays and even RTS....at the sellers expense.

The buyer wants to change the shipping address?
Not necessarily a red flag, but a perhaps a little pink pennant.
I have hand written apartment numbers and zipcode extensions onto eBay labels in the past.
eg 123 Any Street Apt 101
Anytown NY 90210- 11234
USA
This doesn't change the address the buyer gave eBay, since my additions are not "seen" by eBay.
We cannot make more extensive changes without losing our few Seller Protections.
