As an experiment I sent a parcel using Net Parcel on March 26th. It went fine, picked up at my door, swift service. The cost was $16.14
Tonight I noticed that Net Parcel has charged my PP account another $9.77.
If this is for the same transaction it makes NetParcel more expensive than Canada Post.*
I'm trying to open a Dispute, but the Report Unauthorized Activity just keeps spinning.
If you have been using NetParcel, have you seen any similar charges?
*And a lot more expensive than the discount postage stamps I usually use.

Oh great-- I seem to have put the unauthorized transaction into Archive. How do I get it out?
Is Net Parcel a subscription service that charges $7.99US a month to use?

Net Parcel claims the carrier is adding extra charges, not them.
So the real deal is not the promised deal.
How UPS/FedEx can promise big discounts that disappear:

I've emailed to tell Paypal to reverse the charge and end the subscription if there is one.
With this charge using NetParcel more than doubles the cost of my usual system of discount postage stamps and a socially distanced walk to the postal outlet for the bar coded label.
