wow just got it 500 free listings  only thing though I may not list cause I may have to do some traveling next week so I don't like listing items and not be around to answer any questions or if any items sell  unless I can put im on vacation but I don't have store

This is a recycled ebay offer -- it means your ID had this generic offer sometime in the past, but since you were not invited this time the offer dates associated with your ID are the old ones and not the new ones.

It's an information issue you get when the programmers are in charge of providing the error messages (makes sense to them but not the actual user).

eBay should just replace the error message with something more simple like "This offer is not available for you".

I got it on my lesser ID, the one that seems to get a few promos. My main id hasn't had one in almost a year.
