Not receiving any views using Seller Hub

Hi,

I am relatively new here & need your help.

I recently started using eBay for the first time & listed a few items. At first, I was getting views & offers too.

But there was an issue with my listings because I wanted to provide 2 different shipping for Canada & the US, and I couldn't. I talked to someone in eBay chat & she asked me to use the "seller hub" instead.

And I did so. But since I re-listed my items through the seller hub, my items have not received any views. what can be the reason?

Well I can see 7 items listed but you are not showing any amounts for shipping. You need to show a shipping cost to Canada and any other country you are shipping to. I would suggest not shipping out of North America until you have been selling here a while longer. Also, when selling clothes, you really do need to show actual measurements such as bust, hip, length, etc. and always show photos of the actual item. Good luck and welcome to the community!

About the shipping cost, I have added it for both Canada & the US. Buyers just need to select the country and click on the "get rates" button. This is how it shows on my end.

And thanks for the advice! I've actually excluded other countries for shipping.

I really think there is something wrong with the seller hub. Because before using it, I was getting many views & offers. But I couldn't sell because I was trying to figure out the shipping of items.
