Ebay has no business giving me advice , what business do they have telling me to increase my return policy from 14 days to 60 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! days

You don't have to change your Returns policy, but your items will be lower in Search if you don't.
Now ask yourself if you actually have many returns.
If only 1% or less of your transactions goes pear-shaped, that's about normal.
It might be higher in some high fraud categories, but most posters here have lower numbers.
More importantly. No Returns does NOT mean No Refunds.
The only time No Returns is of any importance is if the buyer wants a refund for Buyer Remorse. Like if the blue sweater you sent is teal instead of the royal the buyer wanted, but not if you sent a red sweater.
If the buyer makes a Not As Described dispute, you will be refunding and paying for the return.
And your customer has 30 days from delivery for the Dispute and another period (somewhere between five and 20 days) for resolution of the Claim.
EBay isn't your friend. EBay is your landlord.

Maybe Ebay is doing what the rich did to the stock market during the 2008 stock market crash ? Could be one theory because the new policies are designed to crush any new seller
