I got in a about 40 minutes ago and was able to print a label but I couldn't go to a second transaction. I tried to sign in again on Firefox and IE and couldn't get in with either browser.

Same here. Additionally, I am not informed anymore about payments I got.

My payment emails haven't been delayed at all.

I can still print label & view the transaction from the link provided by eBay in the sale manager. Which is somewhat bizarre considering I can't and have not logged in today in at the base url Paypay.com

Did you have to login like normal? or did it just take you straight to the print label page?
Try to view your paypal activity log

Still nothing here (500 - Internal Server Error) - no access to PayPal at all (Montreal, 2:30 PM EST).
On US board no one talks about that problem - does it concerning the Canadian side only?

Hey Mr. E, I wished I lived in your alternate universe, nothing seems to ever go wrong there 🙂
Thanks to everyone for taking the time to respond.

Move to Dauphin Manitoba. It is a twin capital: Capital of the Borscht Belt, and, Capital of Stunningly Boring. Yorkton is only 90 minutes away, I mean, PHEW!

I think they may of had a hack attempt or something to that area. Im trying to log on but Pay Pal is telling my that they are doing random selections of account for security checks by asking for Credit Card and bank numbers to the related account.
If it is random , why is all 3 of my Pay Pal accounts requiring this information. Im worried about giving my information right now, but I need to log in. Anyone think I should be worried?

I just logged in at PayPal without delay, without problem and without being asked to confirm anything.

I have had no problem connecting or printing labels, just not getting payment confirmations.

It can be your browser issue. Try clearing the cache and restart the chrome. I always do this and it works every time. take a look at some more solutions: How To Fix Chrome’s ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR
