Paypal Payments

Received a payment today from a customer. The details show the correct amount of the sale but for shipping and handling shows a total of 0.00. Then the  final total is displayed with the shipping amount included as it should. To my knowledge have never seen a payment from Paypal display in this way. Is this a new issue/glitch? No payments received recently displayed this way. Is anyone else seeing this issue?

This has happened to me a few times, although it was a while ago..... as long as the total is correct everything is ok.

Checking directly in PAYPAL should confirm if you are still worried.

If you are talking about the paypal transaction details, incorrect zero shipping with correct total is an old problem that paypal eventually fixed.  Looking at my last couple of sales I see the correct info.

Looking at my paypal emails I also see the correct shipping amounts included.

All my recent sales have been via eBay.CA so don't know about .COM results.

Good to know. Thanks. Just thinking it probably isn't something that SHOULD be happening. I believe I've seen it on some packing slips in the past. Not a good thing for anything being shipped internationally. Postage/Shipping should be shown as separate correct totals for customs documentation as standard practice.
