Private Listing

In some of my listings, I had included the option to "keep buyer's identities private".  

Issue is, when they leave feedback for me, I have to go back and search by user name to see what the item was....ya ok, private to other buyers, but why is "view item"  hidden from me on my feedback page?

Because the feedback page is public?

You could look up the buyers on your Items Sold page instead, that's private.

Or leave feedback when you ship, which I believe encourages buyers to leave it in return.
