Question on shipping light packet vs Small packet and forms?

Hi I usually ship light packet to the US/International, but tomorrow I am shipping a small packet international.  I usually fill out the small packet CN22 for my light packet, is that that same for small packet?    I think it is a different form for parcels to US/international, is that right?

Fill out the CN22 the same as for Light Pkt. You can also print off the label using PayPal but no discount for Light or Small Pkt. Stick a couple of airmail stickers on your pkg. too.
