Does anyone know where the money is taken if you have to refund a buyer if you are on Managed Payments? I have a buyer who hasn't recieved their item in over a month even though it was sent with tracking. It is over $200.00 I will need to refund. I think normally the money would be taken from pending funds received. But what if you haven't sold anything in awhile. Where will the money be taken from? From what I understand, money can only be deposited to my bank account by eBay but they cannot remove funds. Has anyone dealt with that?
Also how would I go about getting my money back from Canada Post as the item was insured & sent with tracking?
Thanks

According to the help page...
If you refund a buyer, and you don't have enough to cover the full amount of the refund from your Available and Pending funds, we'll charge your payout chequing account or automatic payment method to cover the remaining amount
