Has anyone had a situation recently with a return where the item returned was NOT the item originally shipped? Any feedback greatly appreciated. Were things resolved to your satisfaction.

eBay's solution after emails from 3 different agents with photos.
Attempt resolution with buyer or forward refund and appeal.

No, i have only had 1 return in 4 years,(knock on wood).. but would like to hear the details. Ebay has some{limited} support for this happening. He said, she said type thing.

I contacted eBay with the specifics(voice) and was given an email to send comparative photos. They said they would investigate and I would hear back in 24 to 48 hours. Substantial value so worth the double check. FYI for 1 and all...When selling electronics never hurts to record serial numbers and have good photos.

This morning I receive an email from eBay customer service telling me to talk to the customer before they will step in. Huhhhh???? That's why I sent them the specifics of the case.
