has anyone had problems shipping tp brazil !   i shipped an item to brazil  and  i checked tracking and i find out that  its a return to sender  , no explanation  at all , it has been several months and the item has not been returned  yet  , and no word from buyer or anybody else  .

what the heck is going on ?

Also had a lot of problems with Brazil. It's now banned, with Mexico together.

Brazil has strict regulations for imports and I have found it best to block buyers there.

I would call them brutal, if the buyer doesn't supply their CPF number to include on the customs documents then the package will almost certainly be rejected by Brazilian Customs.

A return from Brazil will no doubt come by boat, it's going to take months (at least), if you used anything less than Priority International (First Class) it may never come back.

For 20 years on eBay I shipped worldwide without any restrictions, in 2019 I blocked Brazil and Argentina, when COVID hit in 2020 I blocked all of South America and they remain blocked.

My best customers in South America (almost all in Chile) simply switched to using forwarders.
